This week, we released our 2025 UK Gender Pay Gap Report. Full data for Rolls-Royce SMR can be found in our report, but the headlines are: Our mean UK Gender Pay Gap is 8.8%, continuing our positive trajectory from 9.0% in 2024 and 9.7% in 2023. We continue to be positioned better than the UK national average (2025 mean: 13.4%) and the nuclear industry average (15.3%). We are committed to reducing and eradicating the gap as much as possible and we’re working hard to attract more women to apply for roles with Rolls-Royce SMR. We’re regularly reviewing our recruitment and promotion processes to ensure they are free from gender bias, and we’re boosting the support available to enable all our colleagues to thrive, such as through our recently enhanced Family Friendly Policy Framework.
