Rolls-Royce SMR was delighted to support and attend the King’s Birthday Party in Stockholm, a fantastic celebration of the deep and long-standing relationship between the UK and Sweden. The recently announced partnership between Rolls-Royce SMR and Videberg Kraft was recognised in British Ambassador Samantha Job’s remarks, underlining the growing momentum behind our SMR programme in Sweden. Robert Bergqvist, Country Executive, Sweden at Rolls-Royce SMR, said: “It was a real privilege to attend the King’s Birthday Party in Stockholm and to see the strength of the UK–Sweden relationship reflected so clearly throughout the evening. The recognition of our partnership with Videberg Kraft is an important milestone for Rolls-Royce SMR in Sweden, and also a reminder of the responsibility we now have to deliver.
