We were honoured to join the Chancellor of the Exchequer, Rt Hon Rachel Reeves, the Secretary of State for Department for Energy Security and Net Zero, the Rt Hon Ed Miliband MP, alongside Simon Roddy, CEO of Great British Energy - Nuclear, Simon Bowen FREng Chair of GBE-N and representatives from across the nuclear industry, to celebrate the signing of the contract to deliver the UK’s first SMRs and transforming the way nuclear projects are delivered.   The event, held at No. 11 Downing Street, also brought together representatives from Rolls‑Royce SMR’s early careers programme and trade unions, highlighting the vital role of skills, jobs and collaboration in delivering the next generation of clean, secure nuclear energy for the UK.   #NuclearFuture #WeAreSMR #Wylfa
