This week has been a great opportunity to showcase what inclusion means at Rolls-Royce SMR.   At The Big Bang Fair, we were proud to feature WISE on our stand, inspiring and supporting women exploring careers in science, technology, and engineering. It was fantastic to introduce the next generation to relatable role models and demonstrate the opportunities available to them.   We also attended the National Neurodiversity Shows, where we spoke with many individuals interested in joining Rolls-Royce SMR and learning more about how we actively support neurodiversity in the workplace. These conversations are key to building a truly inclusive environment where everyone can thrive.   Together, these moments reflect our ongoing commitment to creating a diverse and inclusive workforce.   #Inclusion #STEMCareers
