Theory and conceptual frameworks are great – they help structure our thinking and foster sensemaking in a complex world. But their value can only unfold by applying them in concrete organizational contexts. And by witnessing and reflecting on the successes and challenges of this process, we all can deepen our insights on the topic. This led us to the idea to launch an international cross-industry Round Table initiative which is dedicated to jointly addressing the key challenges of #business #ecosystem #leadership- a topic that has shaped much of our recent research at the Center for the Future of Organization at the Drucker School of Management. It's an initiative that will allow executives to share their perspectives and experiences through cross-company dialogues, catalyze their thinking through thought leader input, and collaborate through joint research initiatives and other projects.
