Amazon's $11.57 billion acquisition of Globalstar, reported by Reuters, is the latest signal that satellite is no longer a niche technology. It's becoming the third pillar of telecom infrastructure, right alongside fixed and mobile. 📡 And yet, most operators are still treating it as optional. Our latest article, "Satellite convergence," makes the case clearly: direct-to-cell technology and vertical integration are fundamentally reshaping connectivity, and the window for legacy operators to respond is narrowing fast.
