Veeva acquired Copli and launched Veeva Falcon MLR, bringing agentic automation into one of the most painful bottlenecks in commercial content operations: MLR review. Different deals. Same signal. The life sciences commercial ecosystem is moving from point solutions to connected execution. Providers are not just trying to add more “nouns” to the portfolio — CRM, analytics, content, MLR, engagement, patient services.
