When I asked the waiter about the owners, Vikram and Ajinkya aka the 👨‍🍳Gandhe Brothers👨‍🍳, fresh off their MasterChef India win 🏆, he pointed to the corner where Vikram was quietly sipping a cold brew, scrolling on his phone. I hesitated, then joined him for a chat. Vikram called over Ajinkya, and their sheer humility blew me away.
