To celebrate the Blue Jays’ 50th season, Rogers is handing over ownership of Canada’s Team to the fans who helped build the franchise.    Gary Takhar of Brampton was selected as the third Rogers Game Day Owner, winning an all-access ownership experience. Being a lifelong fan truly means being there from Day One. Born on October 24th, 1992 – the day the Blue Jays won their first World Series – staff at Etobicoke General Hospital nicknamed him “The Blue Jays Baby”.
