The diversification of Brazilian mining, with the advancement of projects related to critical minerals, is expected to increase the demand for machinery and equipment in the country in 2026. According to Rodrigo Franceschini, president of the Sectorial Chamber of Machinery and Equipment for Cement and Mining (CSCM) of the Brazilian Association of the Machinery and Equipment Industry (Abimaq), the sector expects growth this year despite uncertainties in the global scenario. In an interview with BNamericas, the executive said that the expansion of projects related to copper, cobalt, rare earths and lithium, along with growing demand for the recovery and treatment of mining tailings, should create new opportunities for equipment suppliers. #mining #criticalminerals #suppliers #equipment #brazil #bnamericas #opportunities https://lnkd.in/d9qYVaNV Cesar Illiano Alberto Espinosa Ankit Rai Juan Gamboa Florencia Manifesto
