I am pleased to share some important news about XING’s continued transformation and way forward. As part of our strategic realignment, XING is reorganizing its management team and we are bringing in three top managers from the HR tech industry. Effective at the end of the year, former Stepstone executive Simone Reif will take over as Managing Director and Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) of XING, joining Philip Brandecker, who assumes the role of Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of XING. In addition, Mario Kühlkamp will strengthen XING as Chief Sales Officer (CSO). Furthermore, Ralf Baumann, long-time CEO of Stepstone, will support XING as Senior Advisor, contributing his deep industry expertise. Together, this strong leadership team will continue to drive XING’s evolution as a leading jobs network, further strengthening our go-to-market capabilities for recruiting solutions in a dynamic and competitive environment. At the same time, Thomas Kindler, who has served as Managing Director since 2023, has decided to leave XING at the end of this year, on his own initiative, to pursue new opportunities. Thomas has shaped the transformation of XING with strategic foresight and great determination. He spearheaded XING’s repositioning from a professional social network to a jobs network, restructured the organization, and played a key role in reestablishing XING as a relevant player in the recruiting market. On behalf of all of New Work SE, I want to thank Thomas for his leadership, dedication, and the strong foundation he leaves behind! With Simone, Ralf, Mario and Philip on board, XING is well positioned for its next phase of growth. I am very much looking forward to working with all of you!
