2025 LAUNCH – VACANZA COLLECTION (KYOTO, CAP FERRAT & MEGÈVE) ( ENGLISH VERSION) VACANZA was born from one of the most evocative and formative experiences in life , traveling to new places and discovering what truly brings us joy. When the VACANZA fragrances team began to dream about this project, I believe none of us were fully aware of the journey we were about to embark on together. For me personally, it has been the greatest professional challenge in my 20-year career in the industry—and one of the projects I am most proud of. Defining the packaging was very simple, and understanding it in the first stages of development was essential. This has been the wonderful work of Jonathan Keren and his entire team. From the beginning, they sought excellence, caring for and sharing every detail, and placing their trust in all my proposals throughout the process. The glass needed to have a light presence, because the crown of the project was its cap. The great idea was to incorporate real stones in each cap; each one captures a unique and unrepeatable essence. FIRST STEP: choosing stone types with distinct character (volcanic, sedimentary, granite). SECOND STEP: selecting a potential range of sizes. THIRD STEP: adapting an internal insert to ensure the functionality of the cap. Simple to write, but an enormous logistical effort due to how uncommon the process is. Kyoto, Cap Ferrat and Megève are born olfactively from the creativity of Frank Voelkl (dsm-firmenich). Having such a leading creative figure and industry reference has been an essential asset for the project. As for the remaining elements, the packaging enhances the product’s visual experience, always keeping the brand concept at the forefront (TRAVEL – REMEMBER – EXPERIENCE). The sensory dimension defines the product’s details and the customer’s purchasing experience. This journey has been made possible thanks to Valquer Laboratorios and their commitment to creating more artisanal and exclusive projects within their perfumery division—projects that require great care and attention.
