Three Years Later. Still Standing Strong. Last week, we were in the area and made a detour to a Nursing Home Vent Unit in Rhode Island, for a 3-year check-in we created and completed, back in 2023. For us, a project doesn’t end when construction wraps. The real measure of success is how the space performs over time, especially in fully occupied healthcare environments where durability, comfort, and functionality matter every single day. We walked the space, reconnected with the team, and compared photos from completion to today. There’s something incredibly rewarding about seeing how thoughtful design and careful construction continue to support residents and staff years later. In healthcare construction, it’s not just about how it looks on day one. It’s about how it holds up on day # 1,095.
