Across Rockfin, we're taking the time to talk about where we are today and where we're heading next. Over the past few weeks, members of our Management Board, together with our HR team, have been meeting with colleagues across our locations to summarize the first half of 2026 and discuss the road ahead. These meetings go far beyond business results. We openly share our plans for organic growth and acquisitions, new product development, investments in our production facilities and engineering capabilities, and the priorities that will shape the coming months. Just as importantly, we listen. An important part of every meeting is discussing the results of our employee opinion survey and leadership survey. We talk about what our people value most, where they see opportunities for improvement and, above all, what actions we will take based on their feedback. For us, open communication is more than sharing information. It is about creating space for honest questions, constructive discussions and better decisions. Thank you to everyone who has already joined the meetings and shared their thoughts. Your feedback helps us build a stronger Rockfin.
