Show up with a problem: Manually writing status updates and chasing people for inputs. Broken handoffs at every stage. Escalations that nobody saw coming. Onboarding that's still manual. Voice that could be doing the heavy lifting but isn't. Pick the one your team lives with every day. 2. Build with the best tools: You'll have Claude, ElevenLabs, Lovable, and Nitro with free credits to use on the day. No coding required, and mentors on the floor all day. 3. Ship and present: Each team gets 3–5 minutes to demo what they built. The winning teams get to take home $1,500 cash, $10,000 in Rocketlane credits, and $2,000 in ElevenLabs credits.
