This week we brought together some of the best minds in professional services for an intimate gathering in Melbourne, and honestly, the conversation did not disappoint. The topic? Preparing for the outcome era in professional services. We talked about where teams are right now, how they have been adapting to a world where clients expect outcomes not just deliverables, and what shifts people are already seeing on the ground. The candid, no-holds-barred conversations in the room were a reminder of how much collective wisdom exists across our community.
