Today, we wrap up our participation at #FCEPharma, and I feel deeply grateful and proud of what we accomplished as a team! Collaborating across teams that are thousands of miles apart is never a small challenge. But when there is strong human connection, commitment, and professional excellence, that distance becomes almost invisible. I’m especially grateful to Lucas Sasahara, Michel Brunetto, Maria Rita Perez de Oliveira, and Giovanna Grillo for their dedication, the hours invested, and their care in making sure every detail was right. A very special thank you to my dear Camilla Giusti, who inspires me and teaches me something new every day. It’s so rewarding to see your growth and to share this journey with you. 🤍 And thank you as well to Fábio Arcanjo for the trust and support throughout this experience. For me personally, this was especially meaningful, as it was the first time we worked on an integrated narrative across businesses to go to market together. This experience leaves us with valuable learnings, new connections, and even more motivation to keep building through collaboration. In the end, the greatest value comes not only from what we build, but from the way we choose to build it together. And I feel blessed to work with the best. ❤️
