Work is important. But so is having something outside of work that challenges you. On 27th June, our Managing Director Martin Howarth and team mate Lucy will be taking on the Race the Sun Jurassic Coast Off-Road challenge, covering 21 miles by bike, 10 miles on foot and 2 miles by kayak. Both are passionate about keeping active and setting themselves goals away from the workplace. Whether it's training before work, after work or at weekends, staying physically active is something they make time for, even when life gets busy. For Martin, this event is also an opportunity to support Action Medical Research, helping fund research that changes the lives of babies and children facing serious medical conditions.
