This week, Product Quality Engineer, Francis Gallagher travelled more than 4,800 miles from our Winchester, UK office to the US to commission one of Rochem FYREWASH’s eductor-type wash skids, helping to improve and simplify the offline water wash process. During commissioning, an unexpected part was needed to keep the project moving. Rather than risk delay, Steve Egelhoff quickly brought the part to site so the work could continue. From the UK workshop to a customer site in the US, this is what teamwork looks like. The right people, in the right place, making sure the job gets done.
