Colleagues across the Baltics came together for Roche Children’s Walk 2026 – our global employee-driven initiative dedicated to helping children and strengthening communities around the world. For more than two decades, Children’s Walk has helped fund projects through Re&Act (Roche Employee Action and Charity Trust), improving access to education, nutrition, healthcare, and social services for vulnerable children worldwide. In Lithuania, employees took part in a 6 km guided hike along the Ribiškės Nature Trail while raising funds for @Vaikų linija, an organization providing emotional support to children and adolescents across the country. In Estonia, teams participated in a Nordic walking session in Järve Park, Tallinn, as well as individual walks in support of My Dream Day, a foundation that helps fulfill the wishes of seriously ill children. The foundation has proposed using the funds raised to support Anna, a young girl who dreams of enjoying fun activities and quality time with her family outside the hospital, where she has spent much of her life. Plans are already underway to make her Dream Day truly special. Our colleagues in Latvia will continue the Children’s Walk initiative later this year, further extending the impact of this Baltic-wide effort.
