I’m deeply honoured to speak at my university’s lustrum event on May 9. It feels like coming full circle. This is where I grew into adulthood and discovered my passion for AI. From there, I joined the first AI company in the Netherlands, ran an AI business for nine years, and switched from a builder to an advisor at Software Improvement Group. Since AI has become such an important topic, I feel blessed that I can help so many companies and governments, and kick my little dent in the universe when it comes to standards and best practices. And now, I’m invited back to share what I’ve learned, and that I don't have all the answers. It feels like coming home in a broader sense.
