Excited to share another important installation milestone for Robotrak. Our Saris multi-modal retinal imaging platform has been successfully installed at the University of Waterloo School of Optometry & Vision Science/Waterloo Eye Institute in Canada, joining Professor Jennifer Hunter’s research group — a leading team in retinal imaging, ocular light safety, fluorescence imaging, and adaptive optics. Saris is designed to support in vivo, non-invasive, and repeatable imaging of the retina in animal models, enabling researchers to capture high-resolution structural, OCT/OCTA, fluorescence, and dynamic changes in retinal disease, aging, light injury, and neurodegenerative processes. This installation marks an important step in bringing multimodal retinal imaging technologies into global frontier vision research, while further bridging basic science, translational research, and future clinical applications. Grateful to our partners and the Robotrak team for making this possible. #RetinalImaging #PreclinicalResearch #VisionScience #Ophthalmology #BiomedicalEngineering #Robotrak #SARIS
