CEO @ ShipScience | Helping Enterprise Shippers Build Control Over Parcel, Claims & Carrier Volatility

We're hiring a Customer Solutions Engineer at ShipScience. This is the role I'd want if I were starting my career over in logistics tech. Here's why. You own the entire customer journey from "we just signed" to "we're live and saving money." Pre-sales technical discovery with our sales team. Implementation plans. Carrier and ecommerce integrations (UPS, FedEx, Shopify, NetSuite). Training. Launch. You're not a ticket-taker. You're the person who makes onboarding actually work, then builds the systems so it works at scale. You report directly to our CTO, James Sutton. What we need: 3+ years in solutions engineering, implementation, or technical account management. Comfortable with APIs, webhooks, SQL. Someone who can run 20+ implementations at once without dropping balls. Bonus points if you've touched shipping, logistics, or ecommerce. Big bonus if you're excited about AI-powered onboarding tools, because we're building with them every day. ShipScience processes 100M+ shipments a year for mid-market and enterprise shippers. The customers are real, the problems are interesting, and the team is small enough that your work shows up immediately. Apply through LinkedIn or our website. We're looking for the best of the best! 🚀
