Two and a half years ago, Renaat Waeles asked me if I wanted to join Just Russel as a data engineer. At first, I wasn’t sure what the challenge would be… but it turned out to be one of the most rewarding decisions I’ve made. When I joined, Louis Vanderhaeghen introduced me to the wondrous world of marketing analytics and performance marketing, and after what felt like a crash-course MBA from him, I was hooked. The past 2.5 years at Just Russel have been an incredible ride. 🚀 Building out a data platform and a data team from scratch, winning the "Excellence in Data and MarTech" Award, learning what it really takes to scale marketing through data. I’m deeply grateful to my colleagues for the opportunities, collaboration and good laughs along the way. Now it’s time for a new chapter.
