Many years ago, George Scharpf of Amboy Bank took a chance on me - approving my very first construction loan for.... 450 apartments. They say start small, right?😅 George was a great man, in business and in his personal life. He was a man of character who believed in me when my track record was barely a page long. Today, I have the privilege of working with his son, Greg Scharpf, now President of Amboy Bank.
