Always a rewarding and engaging time to catch up with colleagues at our EMEA QBR In previous years the format has been an update on the business and where we need to focus to continue to support our growth, but this year we were fortunate enough to have the business really invest in us as individuals and as a team, through a 2 day business simulation delivered by Beverley Doody, PCC, CPC and Youd Andrews Intense, tough but a great experience as we got to work in teams to understand how to position Visier to the CxO and present our offering in the language of outcomes, value and metrics that impact the bottom line in relation to cost and growth. With the SaaS market seeing a major shift in how it can support its clients in the agentic era, it’s absolutely critical to move beyond a point solution when purporting to drive change at an enterprise level.
