A heartfelt thank you – and a new beginning   As my family is preparing our relocation back to Munich, I wrap up my time leading our incredible Linde Engineering teams across APAC. I want to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude. To every team member, colleague and business partner – thank you! Your passion, resilience, and commitment have made this journey unforgettable. I’ve learned so much from you, and I will use this experience in my next chapter: the role as Senior Vice President for the newly established Linde Engineering EMEA organization. It’s a big transition, but one I embrace with excitement and confidence in our amazing colleagues. I am looking forward to getting to know the teams and building something great together!   To my APAC team: I’m leaving the region in the very capable hands of Honghai Zhu. I have full confidence that the momentum we’ve built will continue to grow under Honghai’s leadership.   Here’s to new chapters, continued collaboration, and shared success – across regions and across teams.
