It has been one of those 5am–9pm founder weeks. The funny part? I am feeling fuelled. Not because there is less going on. The previous few weeks felt like chasing my tail, - negotiating new account contracts - chasing overdue invoices - running support tickets - security audits - still trying to understand this whole LinkedIn thing This week has been different. Mostly engineering. Writing build specs. Confirming integrations. Coaching our devs. Turning vague client problems into things we can actually ship. That is the part I love. No doubt I will be back on the sales/admin train soon. But I am grateful for weeks like this. Most founder weeks pull you away from your natural mode. Weeks like this remind you why you keep pushing through them. ps. can you tell these late nights are causing Moon Dog to go crazy?
