Yesterday, we had the pleasure of celebrating International Women’s Day with a special luncheon alongside our valued investors, clients, colleagues, and friends. It was a wonderful afternoon bringing together many of the important women surrounding RMBL. Aligned with this year’s theme of “Give to Gain”, we were honoured to welcome Colleen May from The Victorian Homeless Fund as our guest speaker. Thank you, Colleen, for sharing the important work being done to support long term accommodation for women and children escaping family violence. Through the RMBL Foundation and RMBL’s mantra of Building better futures, we continue to contribute to meaningful initiatives within our communities. We were fortunate to have representatives from our two partner organisations join us - Lisa Laing and Jill Clarke from Wallara Australia Limited, an organisation dedicated to empowering people with disabilities through pathways to employment and independence. And Diane Moujalled from The Brain Cancer Centre, where we are proud to help fund innovative research into targeted therapies for patients with brain cancer. Thank you all for being part of the day. At RMBL, we are proud to have a strong female representation, with 57% of our workforce made up of women across all levels of the organisation, reflecting our commitment to fostering diversity, inclusion, and opportunity. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us making this a truly enriching event. #RMBLFoundation #RMBLInvestments #BuildingBetterFutures #IWD2026 #GiveToGain #CommunitySupport Alex Courtney LLB, BSc, GAICD
