After 8 amazing years in Seattle, my family and I have decided it’s time to head home to Melbourne, Australia. Seattle has been an incredible place to live and work — I’ve learned so much and had the privilege of working with talented teams at AWS, Amazon, and Zillow. But just as memorable have been the adventures outside of work: countless camping trips, weekends on the water, scouting with the kids, exploring the Pacific Northwest, and travelling across the US. Along the way we’ve made some lifelong friends who will always be part of our story. Before we land back in Melbourne around December, we’ll be travelling through the US, Mexico, and Central/South America — making the most of this chapter before starting the next. I’m looking forward to reconnecting with friends, family, and the tech community in Melbourne.
