🔗 More GPUs don’t mean more usable compute when the interconnect layer can’t adapt. Static allocations and fixed paths mean the system can’t rebalance when execution patterns shift, and at scale, that compounds into idle GPUs next to saturated links, MFU well below what the hardware is capable of.
