As our fleet continues to grow, we’re looking for a new colleague to help keep our ships and crews connected. We’re hiring: Fleet IT Support Manager (m/f/d) 100% 📍 Location: Arnhem, The Netherlands This isn’t your typical helpdesk role. You’ll become the trusted IT contact for our fleet, the person captains and crew know they can rely on. From supporting users remotely to resolving onboard IT issues and occasionally visiting our vessels, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly. In this role, you will: • Be the first point of contact for IT support across our fleet. • Support onboard hardware, software and vessel management systems. • Work closely with captains, crew and colleagues across our international organisation. • Help improve the way IT support is delivered as our fleet continues to expand. • Occasionally travel to our vessels across Europe. We’re looking for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives on solving problems and likes working in an environment where every day is different.
