π DAY 12 LINKEDIN VISIBILITY CHALLENGE This decision scared me. A few years ago, I decided to transition into IT Support. At the time, it felt risky. I wasn't sure I had enough knowledge. I worried about making mistakes. I questioned whether I could compete. Learning technical concepts wasn't easy. Troubleshooting unfamiliar issues felt intimidating. There were moments of self-doubt. But I chose to keep learning. I invested time in training. I practiced solving real-world problems. I stayed consistent even when progress felt slow. Over time, things started to change. My confidence grew. My skills improved. I became better at helping users solve technical challenges. Most importantly, I realized that growth comes from taking chances. The lesson I learned? You don't have to know everything before you start. You just need the courage to begin. Looking back, I'm glad I took the chance. What's a professional risk you're glad you took? #NCGC #ITSUPPORT
