I’m excited to share that I’ve stepped into a new role as Group Technical Product Manager – AI & Platform Services, for our Channel Organization. Since stepping into my previous role focused on AI and Automation, I’ve thoroughly enjoyed leading the creation of Agentic AI capabilities within our Dealer Business System -- work that is already delivering transformative value and changing the way business gets done. This new role gives me the opportunity to build on those learnings and apply them at a broader scale by driving strategic product & technology vision across a wide range of systems and business processes. My focus will be on delivering cutting-edge AI experiences and high-quality platform services that enable our internal and external customers to improve financial performance, increase business agility, and create meaningful differentiation through personalization. Thank you to Chris Young for trusting me with this expanded responsibility, and to my peers and teams for being such fantastic partners along the way. I’m energized to continue working alongside this incredible group and excited about what we’ll build together.
