Learning and growth aren't two separate things. One feeds the other. Throughout June, we ran a Learning Month at Rise: a few weeks set aside to share what we know, learn from each other, and stay curious together. A look at what happened: 🤖 We kicked off our AI Show & Tell, led by Tom Hamides. Risers walked through the AI projects they're building, and just as importantly, the thinking behind them. 📊 Lavi Nagar, CPA, our Director of Finance, ran a session on financial analysis and reading financial statements. Understanding the numbers behind the business helps everyone make sharper decisions. 🤝 The OnePlatform team, who recently joined Rise, introduced their business, their work, and the opportunities ahead as we grow together. 🎓 In addition to in-person sessions we launched a variety of online learning opportunities. Including a company-wide access to our Udemy account, Google webinars, and other online sessions. 🌐 We attended the Google Cloud TLV Summit and Aerospike sessions to explore new technologies as well as the Azrieli forum for welfare managers, bringing back a fresh perspective on employee experience. 👥 And our managers hit the midpoint of their internal mentorship program, continuing to grow as leaders. More on that soon. June was a good reminder that learning doesn't only happen in formal sessions. It happens when people share what they know, ask better questions, open their work to others, look outside the company, and stay curious together.
