It damaged structures, left over 30 people dead and injured hundreds.Β In the aftermath of this disaster, there is a critical need for basic necessities, including food. Rise Against Hungerβs emergency response team has jumped into action to support families affected. Working alongside our in-country partner, we have allocated two containers of Rise Against Hunger meals β totaling 570,240 β to meet urgent needs. Our Global Member location, Rise Against Hunger Philippines, is also working with local partners to provide urgent support, including shelter, food, clean water and hygiene supplies. Rise Against Hunger is committed to assisting these communities as they work to recover and rebuild, and we will remain in close communication with on-the-ground partners to determine if we can provide further aid in the coming weeks. Stay tuned for additional updates as our response efforts continue.
