Now, granted, we *are* biased -- but we've always been of the opinion that IT teams can deliver a better employee experience when they're working hand in hand with HR. And vice versa, of course. It's easy for those two functions to run into miscommunications and end up at odds. Many of you will recognize that dynamic from one stop or another throughout your careers.
