Coming to us after a distinguished 28-year career in education, including serving as a Superintendent of Schools in Michigan, he brings deep experience in leadership, organizational management, and strategic problem-solving. Following his retirement from education, he launched a consulting practice focused on leadership coaching and organizational effectiveness—experience that aligns seamlessly with RipplePoint’s client-first, solutions-driven approach. After being introduced to RipplePoint through our Utility Expense & Analytics leadership team, it quickly became clear to him that this was an organization built on innovation, partnership, and long-term value—making the decision to join an easy one. In his role, he will help lead and grow our Utility Expense & Analytics department, applying his knowledge, relationships, and leadership expertise to deliver impactful results for our clients. Outside of work, he’s a devoted husband of 29 years, proud father of two daughters, and an enthusiastic football fan cheering on the Green Bay Packers and Michigan Wolverines.
