TJ comes to RipplePoint with a strong background in the IT industry, where he built foundational experience across a variety of technical environments. What drew him to RipplePoint was the opportunity to continue growing both professionally and technically while being part of a company focused on innovation and long-term success. In his role within Technical Support, TJ focuses on managing RipplePoint’s IT infrastructure and providing technical support to the properties we oversee. He’s especially excited about helping build a robust, scalable IT infrastructure from the ground up while expanding his knowledge of the diverse technologies and operational environments RipplePoint supports across hospitality and other industries.
