A lot of our products and new features at Silicon Reef start with me saying “I did a thing.” So guess what? I did a thing. This time, it’s introducing AI into Ripple – our campaign creation and management tool for internal comms. Microsoft’s focus is firmly on Copilot for the year ahead with the AI tool being introduced across Microsoft 365 apps, primarily as a content assistant for the time being, I want our products to offer similar functionality for a seamless experience between Microsoft’s products and our own. This is an example of how AI could work in the Ripple content editor, but I want to gather thoughts and feedback before I start digging further. Here’s the run down: Uses OpenAI / Chat GPT in Azure during Ripple post creation It can create summaries, make suggestions based on things like desired tone and length, check for spelling and grammar, and create more natural language translations Keeps your data within the Azure environment to ensure security It’s still a work in progress. What are your first impressions? #workhappy #rippleeffect #openai #chatgpt #internalcomms https://lnkd.in/ehDf4gyn
