Through the #IRespect campaign, we give visibility to the principles that guide our company: respect, listening, and recognition of every individual’s dignity. Colleagues from different countries chose to take part, giving a face to this initiative and reflecting a shared commitment to an inclusive work environment that brings together diverse cultures and professional backgrounds. #IRespect is an invitation expressed through everyday actions: welcoming new colleagues, opening up to different ideas, and acknowledging the value of each person’s journey.
