We have awarded a Type Approval to Baker Hughes for its fuel flexible NovaLT™ 16 gas turbine technology, enabling its application in marine propulsion. Originally developed for industrial and power generation, the technology has been specifically validated to operate on natural gas and up to 100% hydrogen. Through a dedicated maritime validation process it meets the requirements of onboard installation and operation, enabling compliance with maritime regulations and integration into ship systems. The certificate was announced during Posidonia in Athens, marking a significant step in the ongoing collaboration between our two companies.
