Rimon client, ARC Group Acquisition I Corp, has successfully closed its initial public offering and is now listed on Nasdaq. The Company raised $120.75 million through the sale of 12,075,000 units at $10.00 per unit, including the full exercise of the underwriters' overallotment option. Trading commenced on April 30, 2026, under the ticker symbol "ARCLU," with additional listings for Class A shares, warrants, and rights expected to follow.
