What an intense two weeks it has been! 🚀 We kicked off our #Sprint0 with #BMP and spent two weeks diving deep into the processes and components of our future solution. We had many discussions — and learned even more. 💡 The journey has just begun, and I’m truly looking forward to many more constructive exchanges and to bringing our #HappyPath to life. 🌟 Most importantly, we brought together a team of experts from different disciplines across #AllianzGroup and #AllianzSuisse. Collaboration, openness, and a shared vision truly make the difference. 🤝 A heartfelt thank you to everyone who participated in the business sessions or worked through other sessions as e.g. for architectural topics.
