Scientific results generate significant added value when they are not only published but also made accessible and reusable. The download section of the monitoring report ‘Renewable Energies in Transport’ provides a useful example of what knowledge transfer can look like: well-researched content is made freely available, accessible in a modern way, and thus usable for research, policy and communication. In this way, scientific findings can create new contexts and have an impact far beyond the report itself.
