❤️I’m still reflecting on a super special evening❤️ ⭐️⭐️To see our network in the Top 10 for “Best Employee Network” at the British LGBT Awards honestly meant so much more than I can really put into words. This isn’t just about a programme or an initiative, it’s about a group of people who choose, every single day to give more of themselves. People who show up outside of their day jobs, who care deeply, and who put their time, energy, and hearts into creating something that makes others feel seen, safe, and supported.⭐️⭐️ That’s what made this moment feel so special. Because this recognition belongs to every single person who has contributed to building something bigger than themselves. ⭐️⭐️I also couldn’t be prouder to see Kerry Hinks in the Top 10 for “Best Business Ally”. Kerry, you are an incredible ally to our network, but beyond that, you are a fab friend. Your support, encouragement and belief in what we do means more than you probably realise and this recognition is so deserved ❤️❤️ An unforgettable and inspiring evening, surrounded by an amazing group of people from the Bank of Ireland.
