羅冠聰 - Nathan Law, acrylic painting 12"x16" by Ricker Choi He is the youngest lawmaker in the history of the Legislative Council of Hong Kong (age 23). He, along with Joshua Wong and Agnes Chow, founded a pro-democracy political organization "Demosistō". On 2 July, 2020, he announced that he had left Hong Kong due to safety concerns after the passing of National Security Law.
