RICK is excited to share that Lukas Klavins, PE from our San Diego Public Works group was elected to the ASCE San Diego Section Board as the E-Membership Director. In this role, Lukas will lead a Membership Committee focused on encouraging participation among current ASCE members and welcoming new civil engineers into the organization. He’ll help guide outreach efforts and professional development opportunities that show the value of ASCE membership. “My journey with ASCE began through UC Davis Concrete Canoe. Since earning my PE in 2018, I’ve stayed active to connect with other civil engineers and learn through the technical presentations offered through my membership.
