THE HUMAN API | Strategic Intelligence & Introductions | Mapping the 80%: Human Relations | Japan ⇄ Europe | EN • 日本語 • DE • FR
Three Tokyo missions. 118 European cleantech SMEs. 30+ already signed with Japanese partners. Almost nobody has counted them up. Until now. Second half of a two-part forensic mapping of the EU Business Hub @ Smart Energy Week corridor. February 2025 to March 2026. Three cohorts. One database nobody else has built. Inside: - 22 hydrogen and fuel cell companies. A continental supply chain pointed at Tokyo. - 30+ hero anchors with verified Japanese contracts. Hitachi. KEPCO. Mitsubishi Gas Chemical. Panasonic Energy. Mission-to-deal lag running four to twelve months, not five years. - 12 Estonian SMEs. A country of 1.3 million running rings around bigger member states on Japan engagement. - Spain, Portugal and Atlantic France together making up nearly a third of the programme. Three reads, depending where you sit. Japanese corporate scouts: these 118 firms have already crossed an ocean. EU-vetted, mission-supported, willing to talk. The hard part of cold inbound is done. Say yes to the meeting. European cleantech founders: the door is open. Smaller member states are running the table. What gets you in is internationalisation readiness, technical fit and patience. Investors: at least 30 of these companies are quietly post-revenue, multi-million-euro funded and now sitting on Japanese references that are materially under-covered. The corridor has graduated from MoU theatre into operational reality. Grab a coffee. It's a long one. Rich #JapanEurope #Cleantech #Hydrogen #StrategicIntelligence #TheHumanAPI
