When others win, are you truly happy for them? I am. Sounds strange, right? Especially in corporate environments where the unspoken rule often feels like: “If they win, I lose.” I’ve even been told: “Protect what you know. Knowledge is power. That’s your edge.” But that’s not me. Since I was a kid, I’ve loved seeing others win. Today, I don’t just cheer from the sidelines—I share ideas, put in the work, and give real support to help others succeed. Because here’s what I believe: 🌌 There’s enough space for all of us to win. 👨‍⚕️ Happiness is healthy; envy eats you alive. 🥇 Sometimes it’s their turn. Next time, it might be yours. So… are you truly happy when others win?
